PD Security Band™
If your band does not fit properly due to inaccurate measurements or because your weight is not stable and your measurements have changed by more than two inches from the time you placed the order to the time you received your order, there will be no option for a refund. In addition, an additional fee of $25.00 will apply to remake your bands to assure a quality fit. This does not mean that after you have worn your bands over a period of time and your weight has changed that you can re-order for $25.00. If after you have placed your order and your bands have been made and for whatever reasons you can no longer do Peritoneal Dialysis, you will not have the option for a refund.
Should your band not fit properly, you must contact us within two business days of receipt of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not accept complaints via email, fax or postal mail. ALL complaints must be phoned in (voice mail okay) by the person that placed the order. This is for your protection. You must have a return authorization from Patient's Pride, Inc. before returning any merchandise. Once you have received a return authorization from us, your merchandise must be returned within 10 business days or you may void your right to a refund. Patient's Pride, Inc. reserves the right to make any adjustments needed to assure a proper fit before issuing any refunds. If Patient’s Pride, Inc is denied the right to make adjustments, there will be a non-refundable service fee of $35.00. Any refunds that are issued will be done during the third week of every month.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our PD Security Band™ and our services. It is our continued goal to provide the most effective catheter support system on the PD market today. If at anytime you find our PD Security Band™ to be anything other than what we claim it to be, please do not hesitate to contact us. As consumers ourselves, we want to treat our customers as we would expect to be treated by any professional business.
